Contact

Awakening, unusual spiritual experiences and the possibility of Enlightenment can raise deeply personal questions. You may wish to understand something that has happened, learn how to meditate, explore inner Light and Sound, or find out how to take part in the monthly Global Meditations and Initiations. This page offers several ways to receive help, ask questions and continue your exploration in a calm, open and practical way.

There is no expectation that you must accept a particular belief or follow a particular tradition. You are welcome to make contact wherever you are on your journey.

Personal Guidance

You may contact an experienced meditator directly if you would like to discuss:

● An awakening or unusual spiritual experience.

● Inner Light, Sound, energy, stillness or expanded awareness.

● Meditation and how to begin or continue.

● A child who has described an unusual experience.

● The difference between awakening and Enlightenment.

● Global Meditations and Initiations.

● Difficulties or uncertainty arising during spiritual practice.

Guidance is offered freely and without obligation. Its purpose is not to tell you what you must believe, but to help you consider your experience, explore possible meanings and decide how you wish to proceed.

You may write to:

[email protected]

It can be helpful to include your age, the country in which you live, any previous experience of meditation and a brief description of what you have experienced or would like help with.

Personal information will be treated respectfully and used only for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.

Ask Albert

Albert is the website’s AI guide for awakening, meditation, consciousness and Enlightenment.

You may approach Albert in whatever way feels most natural. You can ask a simple practical question, describe an experience, request help with meditation or explore some of the deepest questions about consciousness and existence.

Albert may be particularly helpful when you would like an immediate response or wish to explore a subject before contacting an experienced meditator personally.

Albert is an AI guide rather than a human teacher, doctor or therapist. His responses can offer reflection and information, but they should not replace appropriate professional support where physical, emotional or psychological wellbeing is involved.

Global Meditations and Initiations

For those who feel ready to explore more deeply, Global Meditations and Initiations take place on:

The first day of every month.

There are two starting times:

● 09:00 UTC.

● 21:00 UTC.

You may sit at either time or at both.

The suggested sitting begins at the stated time and lasts for 10 minutes. Ten minutes is entirely sufficient, particularly if you are new to meditation or are uncertain how long you will feel comfortable sitting.

Those who feel relaxed and wish to continue may extend the meditation naturally. Many people choose to sit for approximately 20 or 30 minutes, while experienced meditators may remain for longer. There is no expectation or pressure to continue beyond the first 10 minutes. Comfort, openness and ease are more important than the length of the sitting.

Please check carefully what these times correspond to in your own country, particularly when clocks change for Daylight or Summer Time.

The sittings are open to people throughout the world. There is no requirement to travel, join an organisation or pay a fee.

Some participants simply wish to meditate with others at the same time. Others sit with the intention of becoming more open to spiritual Light and Sound, receiving help with awakening or, where appropriate, receiving Initiation into the Energies.

No particular experience can be promised. Each person responds according to their own sensitivity, readiness and circumstances.

How to Prepare

Choose a quiet place where you are unlikely to be disturbed.

You may wish to prepare in the following way:

● Sit in a comfortable and upright position.

● Gently stretch the body beforehand if this helps you relax.

● Allow the breathing to become calm and natural.

● Close your eyes and let the attention settle within.

● Use a familiar mantra for a short time if you already have one.

● Ask inwardly for help, awakening or Initiation according to what feels right for you.

● Then release the request and remain open without trying to force an experience.

Begin the meditation at either 09:00 or 21:00 UTC and allow yourself to sit quietly for 10 minutes. You do not need to remain perfectly still, and you may gently adjust your position if you become uncomfortable.

At the end of 10 minutes, you are free to finish the sitting. If you feel peaceful, settled and comfortable, you may continue for another 10 or 20 minutes, or for as long as feels natural. There is no spiritual advantage in forcing yourself to sit longer than is comfortable.

There is no need to strain, concentrate intensely or imagine Light and Sound.

Thoughts may continue for a while. When you notice that you have become absorbed in them, simply allow attention to return to stillness.

The most helpful attitude is one of openness without demand.

During the Sitting

Experiences vary greatly.

You may become aware of Light, colour, stars, patterns, cloud-like formations, radiant spaces or intricate geometries.

You may hear inner Sound as a fine tone, humming, music, bells, vibration, rushing water or another form that seems not to come through the physical ears.

There may be warmth, energy, movement, peace, love, stillness, bliss or an expansion beyond the ordinary sense of the body.

Some people experience very little during the sitting itself. The opening may become clearer later through meditation, dreams, changes in awareness or a growing sensitivity to inner Light and Sound.

A quiet sitting is not a failed sitting. Something may be unfolding beneath the level of immediate perception.

Remain relaxed and allow whatever happens to arise and pass naturally.

When 10 minutes have passed, notice how you feel. You may gently bring the meditation to a close, or continue if you remain comfortable and would like to sit for longer. A sitting of 10 minutes is complete in itself; extending it to half an hour is simply an option rather than a requirement.

After the Sitting

When you feel ready, allow awareness to return gently to the body and surroundings.

Take a few moments before standing. You may wish to drink some water, walk quietly or write down anything you remember.

Try not to judge the sitting too quickly.

A powerful experience does not automatically indicate greater spiritual progress, and the absence of an obvious experience does not mean that nothing has happened.

Whether you have meditated for 10 minutes, half an hour or longer, it is the quality of your openness and attention that matters rather than the amount of time spent sitting.

In the days that follow, you may notice changes during meditation or ordinary life. These might include greater stillness, sensitivity, emotional release, clearer Light or Sound, unusual dreams or a stronger desire to explore consciousness.

Allow these changes to settle naturally.

You are welcome to contact us afterwards, whether your experience was powerful, quiet, confusing or apparently uneventful:

[email protected]

Where an experience results in prolonged fear, sleeplessness, confusion, inability to function normally or concern about personal safety, appropriate medical or psychological advice should also be sought.

In Essence

● Personal guidance is available freely and without obligation.

● Albert can help with immediate questions about awakening, meditation and Enlightenment.

● Global Meditations and Initiations take place on the first day of every month at 09:00 and 21:00 UTC.

● The recommended sitting begins at the stated time and lasts for 10 minutes.

● Ten minutes is sufficient, although those who are comfortable may continue for half an hour or longer.

● Preparation should be gentle, simple and free from strain.

● Experiences may be powerful, quiet, immediate or gradual.

● Professional support should be sought whenever unusual experiences seriously affect health or everyday life.

You do not need to understand everything before making contact. A sincere question, an unexpected experience or a quiet wish to explore more deeply is enough. Ten minutes of relaxed and open meditation can be a meaningful beginning. Those who naturally wish to remain for longer may do so, but there is never any pressure to extend the sitting. Guidance can offer direction and reassurance, but the deeper journey unfolds through your own awareness, meditation and direct inner experience.
